i feel u. My parents are divorcing this year, (not a vent,) so the familyās not celebrating together (technically we are, my mother comes in the day then my father celebrates with us in the evening) this year. Maybe its me just growing up as well.

I know how you feel. Iāve been trying to help myself get better but I just donāt know how. Iāve spiraled into this large deep abyss and now I donāt feel happy except for like a couple times. Sometimes I have to fake laughā¦ itās so fakeā¦ itās harder to smileā¦ if anyone has tips Iām down. (No therapists pls) I hope that yours can get better soon ā¤
