Add orange food coloring to your marshmallow mixture till desired color and then form into a ball about the size of a small fist.
Use a butter knife to make indentions around tootsie roll and insert into treat.
Using a small round piping tip and a small leaf piping tip, decorate your treat with green buttercream.
(I made mine with 1 stick of butter, 4 c of powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, and a 1/4 c heavy cream plus green food coloring!)
Enjoy these pumpkin Rice Krispies treats all fall for a snack or dessert!
