I donât think he is encouraging her, because they are happy before even agreeing, I think this is a continuity error because we can see that Wooly doesnât even know the monster is there (I have the theory that Wooly and the monster canât be in the same room)
However I do agree that Wooly was acting a lot like Amanda, if he was a worker at Hameln he wouldnât act like that because he is working, for that tape I believe Wooly is or a child or an animal brought to life or something
No adult, no worker would act like that just for a story
