The book has taken the word fertility from a medical diagnosis to a state of being. The mind body connect is clearly and simply explained. The various exercises gives reader definite steps with explanation and encouragement rather than concepts.
The exploration into the path is not reliving the pain but embracing ourselves through a pain that has left some obvious and some really
subtle nuances in us.
Niravi, takes a person as a whole and not as a body. A knowing and thus accepting of us is fulfilling. It provides us the resource and
insight to be better parents, rather than get pregnant and bring to the babies - life fear, disconnect or worse not get pregnant and be
bitter and disappointed in our own life.
The great part of the book is its stepwise approach to fertility issues and explaining the framework in which we could see those
challenges. It also refers to problems for men and a mind-body approach for fathers to be as well.
