I remember play GTA V on my PS3 and when the PS4 version came out, there started being so many hackers in the PS3 version that I eventually just switched over to the PC version after I got a gaming PC

There is a reason for that in a mission as Franklin you have to kill somebody on the building and you need the elevators to go to the top
