As a former felter, I suggest getting some soft leather finger guards, and if you want it to be tight and smooth, possibly wet felt afterwards. Hell, you'd probably love Mohair locks for hair as well.

I noticed someone mentioned that this doll has a lot of opportunities for body sizes/shapes, but only mention the plush part- The fact that it also uses wires to attach part also really helps with diversity. People dont have the same length for each limbs, after all. Some habe longer arms, longer legs, torso. Others have shorter, of any combination. Someone might have shorter them average legs, but longer arms. The wires allow that diversity
