I did one of these
Protagonist: Shuichi (The protagonist and support character do switch, so look out for that)
Support character: Kaede
Main Antagonist: Angie (I'm sorry but I just really hate Kokichi and him being the main antagonist wasn't a good idea. Angie should have been the main rival instead.)
Secondary Antagonist: Kokichi
1st Victim: Tenko
1st "Killer": Ryoma
Storyline: Ryoma sets up a murder plan to kill Tenko, because he thinks she is the mastermind. He isn't able to do this without someone's help though, so he convinces Angie to be the accomplice. The murder weapon narrowly misses Tenko, and almost kills her. A third person steps in after Ryoma leaves, and deals the killing blow. Kaede and Kiibo are the first people to find Tenko's dead body, and Shuichi finds her body not too long after they do. Shuichi, Kaede, and Kiibo call a class trial. Shuichi and Kaede come to the conclusion Ryoma killed Tenko, because he set up a murder plan to kill her. Ryoma is executed.
2nd Victim: Tsumugi
2nd Killer: Maki
Storyline: Three of the survivors get their memories back. Tsumugi is in despair because of her memories and wants someone to kill her. Kaede tries calming her down, and says the memories will fade away when someone kills someone. Maki overhears their conversation. At nighttime, Maki calls Tsumugi into her research lab, knocks her unconcious, and stabs her in the back of the neck. However, Kaede almost sees Maki exit the scene. The survivors call a class trial, and Kaede suggests Maki is the culprit, because Tsumugi's body was in her research lab. After the survivors vote, it's revealed Maki is the culprit. Kaito begs to be executed in place of Maki, but his request is refused.
3rd Victim: Gonta
4th Victim: Rantaro
3rd Killer: Himiko
Storyline: Himiko practices for a magic show, with Gonta and Rantaro as witnesses. Himiko then volunteers the two, and accidentally kills them in a magic trick gone wrong. Angie finds Gonta's body, and Korekiyo finds Rantaro's body. A trial is called, and Miu and Korekiyo both come to a conclusion, with the help of Shuichi and Kaede, that Himiko killed both of them.
5th Victim: Shuichi
4th Killer: Kaede
Storyline: Miu sets up the virtual world, and explains it to everyone. Shuichi tries to kill Kokichi, and Kokichi is trying to kill Kaede. Eventually, he gives up on the plan to kill Kaede, and instead, manipulates her into killing Shuichi. Everyone exits the virtual world, and finds Shuichi's body. From the looks of it, he was suffocated. Everyone calls a trial, Miu and Keebo take over Shuichi and Kaede's roles, to avenge Shuichi's death. Right as Miu comes to a conclusion Kaede is the killer, Kokichi exposes Kaede in front of everyone. Kaede is then voted off and executed.
New Protagonist: Miu
New Support character: Keebo
6th Victim: Kokichi
5th Killer: Keebo
Storyline: The mastermind inserts a virus into Keebo to make sure he kills Miu. Keebo refuses, and doesn't kill her. Eventually, Kokichi tries to tell everyone that Keebo is being controlled by Team Danganronpa, and Keebo kills him so there wouldn't be any loose ends. Kaito finds Kokichi's head, then Angie and Kirumi find Kokichi's limbs and torso not too far away from his head. Eventually, Angie, Kirumi, and Kaito call the class trial. Korekiyo suggests that Miu killed Kokichi. Keebo disproves Korekiyo's accusation and tells everyone Miu was inventing something. Angie insists that Keebo was the one who killed Kokichi. Miu is shocked by Angie's deduction, but eventually accepts it. Keebo is then executed, and Miu is dragged into Keebo's execution, but she survives. Miu is unable to rebuild Keebo because the execution damaged him beyond repair.
New Support character: Kaito
New Secondary Antagonist: Kirumi
Mastermind: Korekiyo
Sacrifice: Angie
Storyline: Miu calls a retrial to find out who really murdered Tenko. She finds out Korekiyo is the mastermind, and Tenko's real killer. Korekiyo drags everyone into his execution, and Angie volunteers to sacrifice herself, because she "had it coming". She kills Korekiyo, then herself, and Miu, Kirumi, and Kaito finally get to escape the academy alive.
