Do you think its possible to replace my deck on a budget? With a twist, or better said, a flip - I'll show you just what can be done with a little imagination!
Because treated deck boards don't typically deteriorate quickly, flipping the deck boards over can give you improved function with a better look. This deck required more cuts because the deck boards were laid on a diagonal. But if your deck is laid on 90 degrees to the joists, then the boards need only to be turned over.
Remember to use coated deck screws for longevity of the screws.

This entire job was completed for about $200 for the screws and perimeter wood. A great deal to stretch a dollar!
