Italian Bartender🐔✅👉 bit.ly/31dyOlB-MrBartender

Invention: The Boulevardier cocktail is a classic drink that shares its roots with the Negroni, another beloved cocktail. The Boulevardier is believed to have been created in the 1920s by Harry MacElhone, an American bartender who operated Harry's New York Bar in Paris. Legend has it that the cocktail was invented for a patron named Erskine Gwynne, who was the editor of a magazine called "The Boulevardier." The drink was intended to be a twist on the Negroni, substituting whiskey for gin, resulting in a richer and more robust flavor profile. The Boulevardier quickly gained popularity among Parisian cocktail enthusiasts and has since become a staple in the world of mixology.

Story: The Boulevardier cocktail embodies the sophistication and glamour of the Jazz Age, with its bold flavors and elegant presentation. It is often associated with the literary and artistic circles of Paris in the 1920s, where expatriates and bohemians would gather in cafes and bars to socialize and enjoy creative pursuits. The Boulevardier's complex blend of whiskey, sweet vermouth, and Campari reflects the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the time, making it a fitting tribute to the vibrant cultural scene of interwar Paris.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces bourbon or rye whiskey
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 ounce Campari
Orange twist for garnish
Ice
Instructions:

Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Add the bourbon or rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and Campari to the mixing glass.
Stir gently until well-chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with an orange twist.
Serve and enjoy the sophisticated flavors of the Boulevardier cocktail.
The Boulevardier cocktail's recipe is simple yet elegant, showcasing the harmonious interplay of whiskey, vermouth, and Campari. Whether enjoyed in a dimly lit speakeasy or a bustling cocktail bar, the Boulevardier remains a timeless classic that continues to captivate drinkers with its rich history and complex flavors.

Amche se il classicorichiede 3 parti uguali mi sono trovato ad apprezzare molto 2 parti whiskey, 1 campari, 1 vermouth. Vi consiglio di provarlo, eventualmente sostituendo il bourbon con rye
