The sticky bomb thing really makes me wonder how the physics of GTA understands the Conservation of Momentum. Cause it shows that the game has a slight understanding of it, but it just goes off the rails with some kind of wonky math.

The Race? Isn't a race That NPC is scared and Rockstar just runs a code to make them drive like crazy , abd it just sometimes happens to be a race like pattern

Not to be a smartass but The race part is just how normal npcs act anytime you honk at them three times or more they will floor it there is a function however when you’re next to somebody in a sports car and you start a burnout the sports car will race you 🤓
