Failure can be a gift. What if the narrative we used celebrated failure and encouraged us to fail forward. Everyone, no matter your abilities or disabilities, experiences failure at times. It's in these moments we learn AND grow. With our friends with a disability, take time to SHOW them how to do something and then set them free to DO IT. If you show, if you assume ability, and if you make space to celebrate "failure", we believe everyone wins!
