I’ve been on a OMAD carnivore diet for two months now. The first month I had persistent, unrelenting insomnia. Thankfully, that has passed. Ironically, the more fatty beef I consume, the leaner my body becomes. Counter intuitive, right? Now I feel great. My energy, mental clarity and mood are consistently elevated. Eating a ribeye steak every day is becoming increasingly expensive. Thank you for sharing alternative cuts of meat that ameliorate my budget. Keep up the good work!

I understand Pork and Chicken is not as optimal for animal based diets compared to beef, but I use them for affordable variety options to keep me on an animal based diet. Most carnivores are sleeping on two meals. 1. Bone-in-skin-on Pork Shoulder. The Puerto Rican "Pernil" style is best for that cut. 2. Bone-in-skin-on Chicken Thighs. For those, they just need salt and pepper, and toss them in the convection oven/air-fryer. Try them both, you'll thank me later, I promise.
