Aerobic running means “with oxygen” so both easy runs and moderate runs fall under aerobic running. I suggest that some runs are kept truly easy, especially if it’s the day after a speed workout or long run, and other runs can be easy-moderate.

A quick recap from video 1: Aerobic running increases the number and size of mitochondria, which convert the foods you eat into energy.
