There's such a big issue on Pinterest with false advertising. Multiple scam websites can have the same misleading picture attached. I remember when I was looking for a formal dress on there, I had to do a deep dive only to find out the specific dress I wanted was actually a vintage Chanel dress that I obviously would never be able to have. I was quite sad about that.

I think the real Dress is called Jessica Bara Alpha crystal strapless mesh dress. It retails for $419. I think you definitely got scammed and for like 100 dollars more you could have gotten the actual dress. The knock off should be like 50 bucks max

This is called the "bait and switch" ploy. These companies will have a pic on their site, but that's really just a suggestion of how it may look. What you're actually getting is a knock off made in a sweat shop where workers make very little money. Just don't do it. Always research these sellers, and if the reviews seem too good to be true, or repeat the same phrases, beware!
