Ironically, recording content used to be a struggle for me.

But two changes to my workflow simplified all of that.

First, I used a teleprompter so I'd be able to read everything while still looking into my camera.

And second, I would hop on a zoom call with my producer and he’d watch me deliver it and give me feedback in real time.

Those two small shifts allowed me to focus purely on my delivery, intonation, and presence without worrying about what I was going to say next because I had already planned it out and I didn't have to jumble up my words and thoughts in the moment when the camera was on.

And as a founder, this was incredibly valuable because it took so much off my plate and stopped me from being the bottleneck of the rest of my team.
