I finally gave up on any Neurotypical people relationships or friendships and dont regret a thing. Ive always told my kids to look at the people they're closest to and they're either also a ND person or extremely patient, kind, compassionate and honest people that are really rare to find. Kind of makes you wonder about the "normal" ones that don't have the ability to understand ND people. Just cant deal with constant fake people whether they act nice or not- they're not authentic and more and more people are becoming toxic in their day-to-day life. Not sure if it's their fault, or are culture... as overseas i didnt have a problem with connecting as much as here. Confirms that foreigner / alien feel we get here...
