Mareinate Chicken:
Yogurt3 tbs
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder½ tsp
Coriander powder1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Tikka masala 1 tbs
Mustard paste 1 & ½ tbs
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
Lemon juice 2 tbs
Boneless chicken 500 grams
(Mareinate and leave for 30 min)

Fried
Cooking oil ½ Cup
Garlic sliced 5-6 tbs
Green chillies chopped 4-5 tbs
Fry them and stain the oil for later use

Sauce:
Mayonnaise ½ Cup
Tomato ketchup 1/3 Cup
Hot sauce 1 & ½ tbs
Mustard paste 2 tbs
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Salt pinch or to taste
Red chilli powder ¼ tsp

Reserved Garlic oil 4 tbs
Add marinated chicken cook it and add the following
Carrots sliced 1 Cup
Capsicum diced 1 Cup
Cabbage diced 1 & ½ Cups
Spring onion white diced ½ cup (optional)
Soy sauce 1 tbs
Coal for smoke

Assemble
boiled with salt
Prepared sauce
Prepared Chickenwith vegetables
1 packet of Spaghettis boiled according to packet instructions
Fried garlic & green chillies
Prepared sauce
