The missing things appears at the top of the screen when you do your selection. That is what I saw in the video. But not just on top of the selection box.

That has Microsoft Edge vibes to it for Microsoft pushing Copilot whenever users try to select text by putting a dedicated floating button instead of just putting it in the context menu.
I didn't see the button, but realised that was because I selected a text element rather than any drawn or handwritten elements. When I did, I did see it.
