What a fantastic Friday evening we had at my workplace Christmas party! Afterward, my husband and I extended the holiday cheer by joining our friends at their home for more festive fun. The week had been a whirlwind of work and holiday celebrations, so Saturday became my catch-up day for all things home-related; cleaning, organizing, decluttering, and purging - while also getting everything in order for the upcoming Christmas weekend.

I’m encouraged to reflect on the true meaning of the "reason for the season". I see it as a time to embrace the gifts of His grace and recognize the purpose behind every season, whether it brings moments of joy or challenges. I especially appreciate these messages, from my pastor and different devotionals on the Bible App, as I approach the end of the year. They serve as a wonderful reminder that, with his grace upon me, I possess the power and ability to overcome any challenges if I set my mind to them. I’m encouraged knowing that stepping into this new year, I will be guided to prosper and thrive.
