The guy with 1010 shouldn’t really have an 8 in his range if he does it’s suited A8 so two combos. Q 10 is less likely because other guy is holding a Q. Can’t discount back door flush but it’s also unlikely. Pretty standard call the only thing you’re worried about is JJ or 99
