And warning the already (any) instrument musos in the comments, a lot of the time the ornamentation, yup, every last grace note, isn’t included in the time signature, often like bagpipers do it (stem up = not in the time signature, stem down = counted in the time signature).
It depends WHERE your tin whistle music came from - or where your whistlers back ground is, instrument wise😂
