Do you want lunch lady status triceps?.. then you’ve gotta start doing dips. My 9 week training program incorporates dips and everything else you’ll need to build some impressive arms. Find it here 👉🏼 dylansprogram.com/

The real trick is pulling your sleeves up and keeping your arms flexed in one static position to keep the sleeves from falling, all day, every day

The reason why you can dip more than you can tricep pushdown is because you're also using your chest and front delts lol. The load on the tricep themselves isn't necessarily higher on a dip because the load is spread out over different muscle groups...

You can dip 150lbs and not tricep push down 150lbs because a dip is a compound movement and a tricep push down is an isolation movement.

You literally pose in a weird way and film from weird angles to make you look massive

Triceps are not a primary mover in dip, in fact they are mostly engaged in upper oprtion of the movement. Therefore you still will benefit from doing JM presses, and triceps extensions along with compound movements like dips.

It's always great when you're 30 and still living with your parents and then dissing people and throwing shade

Bro, I just smoked a blunt and that description of why the dip is superior to all tricep exercises just makes so much sense. the prehistoric struggle of moving your entire body weight with your triceps as the main mover.
