Love the suggestion to “add 2 vegetables to your plate each lunch (or dinner etc) for a week, building habit, and then add on.”. Very true, good advice. I have done similar with exercise but first committing to “just do something, anything each day for 30 minutes..whatever mood Im feeling that day” and it has been best strategy for me. Some days I feel like walking, others I need lots of stretches, and other days I want a vigorous workout. And the 30 minutes often turns into 45 or 60 minutes because once I get going its easier to keep going. And some days its just the 30. Psychologically it really takes the overwhelming pressure off to have to do specific things even if you arent feeling it, which often leads to not doing it, and then you feel like you failed, and then you quit for while til you start the whole bad cycle again. I never applied it to eating but see how simple that strategy fits too! Thank you 😊
