The term "order based on US-rules" would be more accurate expression. For example, US bombed Belgrade in 1999, the capital of a European country and a UN member. Mr. Powell invaded Iraq because of weapons of mass destruction and.. hasn't found ones. American military bases are located in Europe, despite the fact that Nazi Germany is no longer a threat since 1945 and Soviet Union collapsed in 1991. And those bases tend to spread. When I look carefully I don't see the current order in Europe as based on any rules, except for the same old order based on US military Force. So if you take away the propaganda, you will see that american ability to dominate is at stake
