🌟make sure first that you have a strong handstand and a comfortable bridge with straight arms!
👉This transition requires control in to handstand as you lower slowly down for bridge and amplitude in the shoulders!
1. It’s easier to practice it first from headstands! Your center of gravity is lower to the floor and it’s much easier because headstands are more stable also!
2. After step one , start trying from elbow stand! You are closer to the floor!
Think about opening the chest and keep your HEAD UP ⬆️
This will help you open more the back too!
3. Start trying from handstand with the help of the wall! Do it slow to help you open more!
4. You are ready to start trying on floor but fear is there !
Use a sofa or some thick and soft mats!
This will bring the floor closer and it will be softer for your first landings!
