How to make it 👇
*Cut 2-3 cups of Brussels into similar sized wedges
*Add 1/4 -1/2 onion (chopped)
*2-4 slices uncooked bacon (turkey bacon used here) chopped
*Toss with 1-2 TBSP olive oil
*Salt & Pepper
*Roast at 400F until Brussels are fork tender (approx 15-20 min)
*THEN while warm drizzle 1-2 TBSP Balsamic Glaze (or a balsamic reduction)
*1/2 log cranberry cinnamon goat cheese (aldi) crumbled
*Toss together and enjoy!
