It's crazy how so many peace officers don't know the 1st amendment and then try to violate you're right to freedom of press on public property

If you guys think this guy just casually walked in trying to conduct business is absolutely ignorant. This guy and people like him typically walk into places like this sticking cameras in people's faces, purposely trying to be annoying so that the cops can be called on him. Once the cops get called on him, the goal is to escalate so that he can get arrested, then file a lawsuit. It's pathetic

Their fear isn't reason to charge for a crime unless ,the person being accused has committed a crime .

You cannot create a disturbance out of a constitutionally protected activity Just because people are afraid of the camera doesn't make it a disturbance.

The people complaining that they don't want to be filmed have just as much right as you do.

The evidence has to prove it!
AND if it was found that those citizens were lying, they should be charged and put in jail.

Some Police seemingly want the Citizens to live in a "Police State".

Those people created a disturbance. Holding is camera is not a disturbance!
People calling the cops on a guy with a camera actually caused a disturbance and made false charges

If an encounter like this goes to court, can the footage from the facility security cameras be obtained for review?

These officers are in need of training. Their body language is a bluff.
