I see a lot of people online asking for "fair and reasonable" contractors and I always wonder --- why you don't just say CHEAP! Every contractor knows what you mean and it's a serious RED FLAG when people use these MEALY MOUTHED terms.

The problem I have with it, is how do you know what is fair and reasonable if you have no idea what you're getting or who you're getting?
