To correct a couple crazy misunderstandings about Hal's memory loss in the comments section
1 - Souchi amnesia did not appear after loss Fukurou but was identified by Eba long before that
2 - Souchi does not suffer from amnesia after losing to Fukurou, he kills the Hal personality within himself and does it of his own volition
3 - Souchi amnesia doesn't really affect his ability to pass the 4th Gen. Hal loses some memories every month but they remain as small memories. WR instructors can restore Hal's memories with a memory implant. Even if they don't do this or even if he suffers a major memory loss Hal's information processing and memory capability allows him to fully adapt to all the things in a matter of days with his own effort he has done this before, also current Hal can restore his own memories within his own mind
4 - Souchi can perform better than Koji and escape from the WR with a similar strategy as Koji did. Hal has a knack for not being himself, even referees and his caretakers have not been able to recognize Hal's true personality for decades

Idk why people are saying amnesia would work against him, unless they're using current Hal.

Practically every smart characters hard road block is technically there physical capabilities, meaning that of all of them if not most of them can passed all subjects except that.
Hal is absolutely perfect subject for the white room project, I mean practically that was his exact training for him. In order for him to be the next Kakerou leader.

I don't think Johan passes though I disagree with your reasoning in some comments. Johan doesn't have low FRI even if it can't match what is necessary. The Hospital + Kinderheim + Old Couples Strategies were strategies where his FRI was extremely important and well shown. Mix that with his LA and such via statements like learning 2 languages in the blink of an eye or his Kinderheim curriculum statement.
