I am not a legal expert at all, but from what I recall from the scant law classes I had to take, the threat of harm would have to be established.
The woman being present voluntarily might diminish that, but she also says "be easy", indicating she knows he's gonna shove.
But if you can show assault, you have battery too since he made contact. Assault is the threat of harm, battery is making contact.
This is all barely-educated hypothesis on my part, so take it with many grains of salt.
Leaving the legal world behind, I do think he should be punished for his false teaching and preying upon the desperate on moral grounds.

The number of comments telling Mike to stop or move on or these actions hes taking against Hinn's false teachings is unchristian, is clear examples of the false teachings effectiveness all around. Also soft Christians who think we are to sit back quietly and idley by, just accepting all and not turning tables. Keep it up Mike. Evil will be victorious when good men do nothing. Speak boldly the truth of the scriptures and hold accountable those who falsely use them and the name of Christ for their own interests.

I have been saying this for 7 years, since I left an NAR pentecostal church in Australia! That all this forced touching and pushing at the "alter", down the front, is not only NOT biblical, but it is a form of assault. And in a church 'family' environment it is a form of domestic violence. I am referring to the lack of consent and presumption on the part of ministers. I have seen so many people yelled at, held down by multiple people, when a minister thinks he is casting out a demon (which I often think is not happening - the poor person is having a mental breakdown more than anything). I have seen ministers grab and push people, and scream at congregations... bellow from the pulpit, point at people and exposed private struggles (that was done to me too). Once a missionary kind of minister claimed he punched a woman in the face when she was so-called "manifesting" in Africa. That is abuse! I do think it is akin to, and literally is, assault. I had a pastor's son grab me by the back of my neck and start violently "prophesying", claiming I was called to this and that in their ministry. I eventually escaped from their influence. It is mind-numbing and scary what is going on in these churches!! And my husband and I are Christians... we grew up in church!! We love the Lord but we are so concerned and angered by a lot we see. Australia has intense problems around this. Elderships that are non functioning. "Senior pastors" that behave like emotional children with a side of dictator. It is absolutely insane.

He will stand before a judge who will be far more fearsome than any human.
