Every time I think I can't be surprised more, I am amazed at how very strongly Kent Hovind has bought his own con... and still thinks that he can tell a different story every time he opens his mouth. Well, halfway opens his mouth.

I mean it's obvious Kent did in fact buy subs. Just look at his socialblade.
He constantly gained 1.000, 2.000, 3.000 or 4.000 subs. Never in more uneven amounts.
Compare to Paulogia. You see a streak of 1.000 with one 0,since the numbers are rounded. But then you see numbers like 1.700, 2.600 etc.
Kent says he would get a few grant a month. Whereas his estimated monthly earnings are around 60-962ā¬. That's above 1k in $, but not a few grant. MAYBE with superchats he would get to the "a few grant" ranges.
(btw. The numbers stop at Febuar 7th,so before the channel got nuked)
His monthly views were around 260k he has a bit more than twice as many subs as Paul, but Pauls monthly views are around 460k. And Paul only has 334 uploads, compared to Kents 2.499.
Another indicator for brought (and therefore dead) subs.
Kent needs to accept reality...

PSA: TO THE PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW HOW YOUTUBE WORKS
Once you reach certain milestones regarding subscriber count and āWatch hoursā (how long people watch your videos) you are eligible for the Partner Program through YouTube and to monetize your channel so that every view and interaction generated from your videos will be calculated and you get paid.
BUT
When he says āSuper chatsā that is a live streaming feature. Heās talking about when he would live stream himself viewers are able to send donations and āSuper Chatsā (which are comments that people can make that cost money but they almost guarantee that the person live streaming will see what you said in big letters that stand out) the Super chat feature is directly linked to YouTube so when someone uses it they are paying YouTube and YouTube is supposed to pay the creators a portion of that.
That being said he could have just lied about it but this video was a bit misleading granted Kent Hovind didnāt use the best phrasing. I have no idea the other circumstances about this him vs YouTube thing but hopefully that helps someone.
