A Storm with Torrential Winds -Hit California Coast - on Saturday - in the AM Hours the Winds were bad - the Alleyway - creates a wind tunnel - and my neighors - with their HUGE Property - Keep the Cans Outside of their Property - in the Alleyway - where on days like Saturday - were an Actual Tornado Touched Ground in Scotts Valley, CA -about 40 minutes from here - was how powerful the winds were.
Here is an example - OF INTENT - whereby, it is KNOWN that these CANS when WINDS come through the Alley - will KNOCK OVER these CANS and OBSTRUCT - the ALLEYWAY - but is LEFT OUT - in order for or in hopes that it will hit my vehicle - while parked on the side of the rental property - and or obstruct and block the alley - in order to force me to MOVE IT -
these are ALL THE SUBTLE and VEILED forms of HARASSMENT - ie INTENT on the part of MY NEIGHBORS and their RECRUITED CIVILIAN PROXIES -
For me - it is having to ENSURE that GREENWASTE CAN - does not flying or slam into my vehicle - with a massive storm - and torrential winds - are blasting down the wind tunnel - ie back alley -
