Shravan Shiva Sadhana - Day 27
Mantram walk is a great sadhana to develop purity & integration of Body, Mind, Intellect and Speech. It is to chant a mantra while walking. One has to synchronise the breathing, walking and chanting. If you do a 45min walk covering 5000 steps, you can complete around 4000 chants minimum. That is 2-in-1 benefit. How cool is that 😎😎😎 Like your daily step count, keep your japa count to be spiritually fit 😍
But please remember there is no substitute to doing japa while sitting with eyes closed. In a day if you can do mantram walk as well as exclusive japa at different times, it is the best.
One can also do mantram walk to control the mind during anger, fear, excitement etc. It helps to make the mind equanimous and avoid impulsive reactions.
The Mantram Handbook by Eknath Easwaran is a great book to read about Mantram Walk and its impact in various situations of life including depression, anxiety, fear etc.
Sadhana for the day: Do Mantram walk for 10minutes minimum. Chant your mantra while synchronising your breathing and walking.

Hari Om Swam ji 🙏u are a greatest one who always inspiring and encouraging to all levels of class 👏😀that how one can do Jaap and through that thread of love how one can be aligned with Lord Shiva not by sitting on one place but even by walking also. It's a great idea to be with Lord Shiva 🙏❤ and even through this kind of Sadhana one can also successfully hit the target.
