To get the story straight- Netflix made a lotta this up and the family never actually moved in. They received the letters before their designated move in day and decided to put the house for sale after seeing the letters

I think having children and receiving letters like that makes it scary for the simple thought of the kids potentially being in danger. But moving into a house like that with no kids and just your partner.. game on. Lmao

While the messages were extremely sinister, the writer never actually sent "death threats" to the family. The notes basically said that his job was watching over the house and the family who lived there. When he made the comment bring glad there was "fresh blood in the house, it was thought that he meant he was glad to see children there.
It was most probably someone playing a very cruel practical joke, but since the authorities never found out who the perpetrator was, if I lived there, I would definitely watch my back.

This is a old story , a women who wanted the house for herself cuz she had a disabled child and this house was perfect for her family she thought is the 1 who has been sending the letters hoping to bring down the asking price. She was arrested already

Netflix did bad to the actual couple .they sold the house for loss and spent a lot in hiring detectives. And it looks like the neighbourhood actually spread stories as they are writing stories to themselves.who would do that. That’s actually creepy.
