This campaign captures the transition from childhood to teenage years and teenage years to adulthood for youth with developmental disabilities.

I’m Dan, my pronouns are he/ him and I'm a trans non-binary person.
I discovered my Autism ADHD during the 2020 lockdown.
I was going through a period of massive burnout
and came to realize how much I had been masking all my life.
This led me to self diagnose myself with the help of my therapist.
Life as an AuDHD individual is very tough but also beautiful on its own.
I love the way I see this world so differently.
In this journey of self discovery so far I have learnt how to be kind to myself
...how to make accommodations for myself and ask for them if I have to.
Being kinder to myself has sometimes felt selfish
...but I'm unlearning to not give into the patriarchal world I was brought up in.
I love the world I have created for myself.
