Yeah I definitely think that if you're planning to spend $500 on a bat there are better options than the Meta. It's not like it's a bad bat but I think anyone who has picked it up can tell it isn't the greatest even without equipment that measures the velocity off the bat lol. I'm assuming it probably has good longevity but I am unsure about that. Actually I've wondered why ya'll don't ever do longevity tests especially because I feel like it would give you more content options!

In our opinion, the Louisville Slugger Atlas & Select Pwr are overall better bats than the more expensive Meta & Meta Pwr.
In USSSA: composite is king.
In BBCOR: alloy is king.
(except for the Iconā¦ still kinda scratching our heads about that)
