Just remember guys. In 2018 the citizens of Hawaii got that alert without the "TEST" message and it informed them a ballistic nuke was inbound and to take shelter. The whole island chain spent a good 30mins assuming death was imminent. Even said "This is NOT a drill." What a day to live thru that mustve been.

Just as info: in The Netherlands, this is tested the 1st Monday of each month at 12:00 local time. So if you’re visiting do not panic when the Air raid sirens and your phones go off.

In the Netherlands, we have those twice every year and the air raid alarm system test is on the first Monday of every month at noon and last for a minute. All of the phone alerts go off at the same exact time as the air raid system. The phone alerts can be turned off by unlocking your phone and then it shows the alert (you can dismiss it), but stops making noise
