The difference between good and bad collabs is that they should have somewhat similar styles. Like when the Demogorgon was added to Fortnite, it was just a skin and looked off because it was the same size as every other skin. When Dead by Daylight added the Demogorgon, it worked well lore-wise and gameplay-wise because it was an actual monster chasing you down, not just some halloween costume with a tactical shotgun.
