Here is a test in progress where I cut some slits into the sides of the fabric pot. Then I inserted a styrofoam cup into the slit and added some potting mix. I then used a paper clip to prevent the runner from falling out. The runner took approximately two weeks to establish roots in the main fabric pot. Then I used scissors to cut it from the main pot and insert it into mini fabric pots. I will make a video showing the process. Since they appear to be doing well, you can see the strawberry runners I transplanted a little more than a week ago at the end of the video.
