That smart center served as a relief center for all employees, who could come in for half-hour or an hour whenever they wanted.
This center was also an innovative center for them to generate ideas, which they believe will reduce the cost and improve the profit. Once this idea is implemented, they will calculate how much it will benefit the company at the end of the year.

As a result, they received 10% of the total. Some of those innovations have resulted in people earning more than $60,000 only for their idea implementation.

So it makes people come to this place to enjoy their time, relieve stress, enjoy a couple of the entertainments, gadgets, and tools around them, while also doing their best to build innovative ideas. And that also improved another factor, which is the loyalty of the employees to the company. So, never underestimate the ideas that come from a consultant.
