Yesterday’s workout consisted of 10 sets of 90 second isometric holds with different logs and different exercises. Curls, reverse curls, overhead press, deadlift, bent row, and log on shoulder squats. Two sets of presses, squats and deadlifts; one set of the other exercises. About as simple as it gets, but a hard and effective workout. And you can’t beat the health benefits of training outside in the sunshine and fresh air, and finishing up with a dip in the water. Wherever you are, and wherever you train, I hope you have tons of fun with it!
