Percy was the most honest and the most noble Weasley, he was not a hypocrite like the others, a pure-blood family that rejected greatness, they had remained pure-blooded but always doing a fuss about "acceptance", Percy admitted to having been wrong to support the ministry, but he also understood that his dad and mom were not bad people, just deluded morons with a complex of moral superiority, and that he couldn't change that, so he just accepted them as they were. Ginny did the same, she was very smart to marry a very wealthy fool even though he was a half blood, someting unheard in her family tree. His family was beyond help, even Ron fell into the hands of an ambitious Mud-blood who made sure to marry a pure blood to climb the wizarding social ladder.
