Ok you can do it yes. But a couple of things before you do it. You will force a portion of the memory as ram. 16 gb of ram is impossible to cross on a phone. And let's suppose it does it kills your performance off because memory is significantly slowert than ram aand plus it reduces the lifespan of your memory becuause it bruteforce the memory to do something that it is not designed to do to act as a random access memory and slows down everything. It is useful to an extent on your computer if you are using extremely heavy workloads and even if your 32 gb is not enough wich happens (on a pc) it may be even useful. But not on Android I don't really see the possibility to use all of that computational power. You hardly do 3D modelling on a phone even with all of that ram.
