My parents did this when they got an addition on our house. Happy workers are harder workers. My Dad is a retired stone mason & he said he’s been treated well & awful by people on job sites & they always made sure they did a great job for people that went the extra mile.

When I was growing up, my parents erected a lot of buildings on the farm. Dad always believed in feeding the contractor and workers. He felt if they had a good home-cooked meal they would work harder and be more likely to do things right.
