✅ 高湯材料:
牛腱肉、牛邊角肉、豬排骨、雞翅、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、芹菜

✅ 作法:
帶骨肉抓些許橄欖油,用烤箱最高溫烤到出現焦邊,蔬菜與肉最後15分鐘推進烤箱一起烤。燒開一鍋水。加入所有材料,中火滾煮至少一個小時。剔除骨頭與蔬菜後分裝冷凍保存。

✅ 用法:
濃縮高湯可以依照個人口味做稀釋或增味使用。目前我已經使用這個高湯底做過義大利高湯麵餃、米蘭番紅花燉飯、日式拉麵、小火鍋、蔬菜泥義大利麵等料理。
