All gymnast have the right to make an inquiry on their D scores and deductions. They are however not allowed to make the inquiry on their E scores. All gymnast usually have until the next gymnast goes to put their inquiries unless it’s the last gymnast who has a minute. Romania never filed Sabrina’s score on time until after the event was over and she refuses to accept the results and is acting like a bully to force them to change it. The Romanians also believe Jordan had no right to make an inquiry on her D scores so who gave them the right to dictate what the inquiry rules set by FIG are allowed to be accepted or not. They aren’t the boss. They are bullies
Those claiming Jordan wasn’t allowed to make an inquiry are delusional and racist.

This is going to be interesting to see how this all plays out. CAS most definitely does get involved in cases such as this. They were just told behind closed doors not to. USA gymnastics and USOC needs to go to battle for Jordan on this one. There was an error on Jordan’s routine scoring but I don’t think it was an accidental omission. I think it was done intentional. Jordan should not have to suffer because the IOC has a vendetta against USOC and US Olympics athletes because of what is going on with the FBI investigating China’s doping scandal. BTW, there were Chinese athletes that tested positive for PEDs before the 2024 Paris Olympics that were still allowed to compete. Now is a crucial time for the IOC to start taking corrective actions and do the right thing. I have already heard that several major corporate Olympic Sponsors are beginning discussions to pull all funding and sponsorships to the Olympic Games. Money Talks!
The IOC should consider if the retraction 1 Bronze medal is worth Billions of dollars in lost sponsorships!

Note that the "conclusive evidence" wording comes from USAG's press release, not from CAS. The way USAG worded their press release makes it sound like CAS said the evidence USAG has is conclusive, but nothing CAS has released has this wording.
