For those who don't understand, the answer is he's a dwarf because the guy live on the top floor of 20-story building and he always take the elevator down to go to work. Because he is short, he is only capable to press button from 1 to 14, forcing him to take the stairs for the rest of the floor levels on regular days. When its raining, he will bring umbrella that he will use to press the 20th floor with.
