Many of you ask us what is the best way to explore the Samaria Gorge, we try to explain it to you with this reel.

The first option is to rely on an agency that will organize the trip for you, so you will not have to worry about transportation and a guide for the descent along the gorge.

If instead you want autonomy you can do this:
1) from Chania by bus to Omalos and Xyloscalo (or with your car)
2) descent along the gorge: 19 km to Agia Roumeli which require adequate training and suitable equipment.
3) rest in Agia Roumeli until the ferry to Sougia or Sfakia arrives if you left from Chania by bus
4a) connection in Sougia with the bus to Omalos where you can eventually pick up your car or continue to Chania by bus
4b) connection in Sfakia with the bus to Chania (does not pass by Omalos)

In molti ci chiedete qual è il modo migliore per esplorare le gole di Samaria, cerchiamo di spiegarvelo con questo reel.

La prima opzione è quella di affidarsi ad una agenzia che organizzerà il viaggio per voi, non dovrete così preoccuparvi dei mezzi di trasporto e di una guida per la discesa lungo le gole.

Se invece desiderate l'autonomia potete fare così:
1) da Chania in bus fino a Omalos e Xyloscalo (oppure con la vostra auto)
2) discesa lungo le gole: 19 km fino ad Agia Roumeli che richiedono allenamento adeguato e attrezzatura consona.
3) riposo ad Agia Roumeli fino all'arrivo del traghetto per Sougia oppure Sfakia nel caso siate partiti da Chania in bus
4a) coincidenza a Sougia con il bus per Omalos dove eventualmente potrete recuperare la vostra auto oppure proseguire per Chania in bus
4b) coincidenza a Sfakia con il bus per Chania (non passa da Omalos)
