I think ik what he meant, there are 2 types of sins which rumzi (this guy here) has addressed on his channel before. One you take the rights of God and the other you take the rights of the people alongside God. The second one if you don't seek forgiveness from the people alongside God, the people can seek justice in this life via courts and sentences and such. BUT if justice isn't served in this life it will be in the next as the good deeds of a person according to how severe the case is will be taken at a certain amount. If the person no longer has any good deeds, they will be given the people's bad deeds instead. So God is fair and just without needing a sacrifice or such
