nice hair anyway, here how to make peporoni pizza
--- Ingredients:
Pizza dough (you can make your own or buy pre-made dough)
Pizza sauce (homemade or store-bought)
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Pepperoni slices (high-quality pepperoni works best)
Olive oil
Cornmeal or flour (for dusting)
Instructions:
Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to the highest temperature it can go, typically around 500°F (260°C) or higher. Make sure your pizza stone or baking sheet is inside the oven as it preheats.
Prepare the Dough: If you're using pre-made dough, allow it to come to room temperature. On a lightly floured surface, stretch and shape the dough into your desired pizza shape. If you prefer a thicker crust, you can roll the dough out to be thicker. For a thinner crust, roll it out thinner.
Prepare the Pizza Stone or Baking Sheet: If you're using a pizza stone, sprinkle cornmeal on the pizza peel to prevent sticking. If you're using a baking sheet, lightly grease it or use parchment paper.
Assemble the Pizza: Place the stretched dough onto the prepared pizza peel or baking sheet. Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil to create a golden crust. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
Bake the Pizza: Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven. If using a pizza stone, slide the pizza from the peel onto the hot stone. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Serve: Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious pepperoni pizza!

As a cosmetologist I hate how incorrectly people are taking the no-shampoo movement. You should still be using shampoo and cleaning your hair and scalp, too much buildup is bad, stinky and uncomfortable.
A frequent issue though is some people shampoo waaaayy to often for their hair type, texture, length, and scalp condition. For example afro texture hair really only needs shampooed one a month. Or if you have shorter straight hair with an oily scalp you might need to shampoo as often as every day or every other day.
If your hair isnt getting crazy oily or smelly, you should try waiting a couple more days to shampoo.
How frequently someone shampoo's their hair varies greatly for each individual person, it can be ANYWHERE between daily to monthly. But please still wash your hair AND your scalp. (The scalp is most important to focus on cause thats where the oil and buildup is)

1. comb ur hair and water it thoroughly
2. mix baking soda with water and apply to scalp. massage it in for 30secs. rinse out
3. add apple cider vinegar to a container and dip your hair in. let it sit for a few mins. rinse out
you dont need to use much of either but depends how much hair you have. i have upper back length hair and i use 1-3 tablespoons of both
this cleans your hair without ripping the natural oils out. i've been doing it for a few years now. my hair is the healthiest it has ever been.

Shampoo is not bad for your hair or scalp. Your scalp is skin. Skin emits sebum and sebum is fed upon by bacteria. This can end up smelling bad after awhile, and even lead to yeast and sebum buildup on the scalp. Sulfate and silicone free shampoos are the best option for people with dry or sensitive scalps. Also, make sure to ALWAYS use conditioner after shampooing.
